No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to Sanitary reasons there are no returns or exchanges for any body products (lip balm, shea butter, beard oil and soaps etc.)Please be 100%certain of your choices before submitting your order.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item you must contact Made With Love By Myra within 3 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned by the buyer. Once the item is received a replacement will be sent if available or you will receive a gift card credit for the total for the store.
Shipping Liability
- Once a tracking number is provided by Made With Love By Myra we are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items. The tracking number confirms the fulfillment of the order and the responsibility is transferred to the post office or carrier used for shipping.
